My dedication to leadership has deep roots, inspired by my grandfather’s commitment to community service. This influence has driven me to actively commit and engage in leadership roles. It is often made fun of by my peers that I have consistently served as a class representative from kindergarten to undergrad. The continued leadership experience has given me the ability to demonstrate strong decision-making skills, ability to communicate ideas, collaborate across diverse teams, and implement innovative solutions. Additional leadership experience includes being the lead organizer for multiple cultural events during my undergraduate years. My role as the lead organizer for these events underscored my ability to orchestrate and execute complex projects, fostering an environment of creativity and inclusivity. This experience not only showcased my organizational skills but also emphasized my commitment to celebrating diversity and creating memorable experiences for my fellow mates. These opportunities have significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. For the academic year 2024-25, I am running for the position of President in HSGSA. I am highly committed to represent the interests and well-being of over 800 graduate students, advocating for a collaborative and inclusive environment.
